We spent an enjoyable day with Karen to make sure we were all clear about what we wanted out of the business and where we wanted to get to before we looked at sales and marketing. She has since supported me in developing the sales and marketing plan and is now acting as a sounding board and checks in regularly to make sure we stay on track. She has given us the boost we needed and we now feel very positive that we will achieve the growth we are now planning for.
