We began working with CBISS after identifying a need to develop and train their staff.

The staff were fully assessed in terms of their strengths and weaknesses, and a full on-site training programme was developed.

“The rewards have been plentiful.  We have grown so much we have been able to recruit new staff, plus our turnover is already at last year’s level within the first six months so we anticipate it to be more than double last year’s turnover, with predicted growth for the next five years.  In addition to the growth in turnover, we are now more importantly far more profitable then any previous years to date.”
