Focusing on skill development and adaptability, the IIS Scheme aims to empower individuals and businesses in Malta. It provides support and training to those actively participating in the Maltese Labour Market, ultimately striving to enhance productivity and adaptability.

This initiative comes with a substantial budget of approximately €4 million and offers a chance to invest in skills, personal growth, and the future of Malta’s workforce.
