About Rebecca Grech

Having started her career within the tourism and event-management industry, Rebecca grew professionally and cultivated within herself an organisational mindset. Rebecca graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Studies and furthered her academic knowledge by reading for an MBA at the University of Malta, which she successfully completed in 2019. Her studies and experience gained from working directly with various clients has enriched Rebecca with a vast knowledge in business management and has expanded her skillset drastically. Rebecca can assess the clients’ goals and commit herself to shape and implement their business strategies in a timely and efficient manner whilst ensuring that the entire workforce is engaged. Her can-do attitude and drive for growth and success give Rebecca an edge when it comes to setting up business strategies, coordinating business projects and implementing human resource practices.
